Ahead Of Our Coaching Session

 Agenda for the session:

  • Report out on next steps from our previous session, what worked well and what didn't work well
  • Set the topic to coach on within the session
  • Agree next steps in terms of actions, mindsets to practice, and decisions to implement

Sometimes clients wonder what to bring to our next coaching session.  I share this page in support of your growth and to spark your own intuition on where we can focus next.

Making The Most Of Your Coaching Session

Consider what result or outcome would you like to create at the session.

  • You may have an emerging challenge or a goal that feels pressing.
  • You might want to step back on your longer-term goals and big picture.
  • You may need to do a data-dump of the multiple priorities on your mind to effectively prioritize.
  • You may have a decision to make that you have been putting off.

My signature system and scope further below can spark additional ideas.

Taking 5 minutes to reflect and complete a check-in form can help to make the most of our time together.

  • If you choose to do so, please submit at least 24 hours in advance of session so I can read it ahead of time.
  • Use this time to pause to reflect, fill me in on progress, and to set an intention for the session

Showing up to get what you came for:

  • Come as you are. If it’s been a hard day and you aren’t “together enough” for coaching, that’s likely when you need it most. Show up for you.
  • Find a private space where you can speak candidly. Coaching is confidential and not having to measure your words for those around you is ideal.

8 Pillars To Support Your Success

This is my signature system - a suite of tools and leadership dimensions in scope for our coaching engagement.
