Hi, I'm Cheri.

I have always been obsessed with how to do things better.

It started as my grades in school, advanced placement courses, class rank, college admissions, and my first corporate role.

Then I became a Six Sigma Black Belt trained to improve performance in every process and organization, eliminating millions of dollars of unnecessary costs while improving the quality of service to clients.

This marked the start of 20 years of business consulting to run businesses better, lead people more effectively, and leverage technology.

My MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania expanded my toolkit to do so in strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship.

So began 15 years of leading global teams across 8 locations around the world, working with individuals to perform their best within optimized processes.

This includes my current role as Chief Operating Officer of a $60 billion global asset management business in the corporate world.

In the last few years, I have studied neuroscience and how our brain can help our work, or inadvertently hamper our efforts.

Ultimately I trained and became certified as a master coach at a board-accredited academy that is part of the Forbes Coaches Council, building on my toolkit of techniques.

I started coaching executives and entrepreneurs from all over the world in my own business to grow my impact beyond my corporate role. It has been the most rewarding and fulfilling chapter of my career yet.

My own leveling up inspired me to help others do the same.

A few years ago I hit a plateau in my career. I had reached my goal role, corporate title, and compensation. I had the success I had always aimed for. But I was unsatisfied.

I had stopped learning and growing. My personal life wasn’t where I wanted it to be, in part due to the priority I placed on my work and a lack of fulfillment there.

When I dug deeper and engaged a coach of my own, investing significantly in my own personal development for the first time since graduate school…
