What is your coaching process?
With new clarity and an intentional mindset, we feel ready to take massive action. Every crisis, challenge, or obstacle is turned to an opportunity through use of this technique.
How will I know the executive coaching is working?
It's 5pm on a Friday and TGIF no longer applies. This is a "day in the life" of my clients during and following our work together. This isn't just possible, it's inevitable as we design your work and life together, while you live it each day.
How is executive coaching different from therapy?
“Run the plays” in the office and then step back into the locker room with your coach to regroup, celebrate wins, learn from your time “on the field”, and strategize your next approach. The solutions we co-create are vetted and practiced together before stepping out to implement, so that you can execute with confidence.
What is the benefit of executive coaching over advice from colleagues?
We sometimes look to managers, mentors, family, and friends for guidance but despite their best intentions, they bring along their biases, their own self-interest, and frankly a lack of training and experience. In contrast, coaching provides consistent, expert, and unbiased support.
