I have over 20 years of experience business consulting, leading global teams, and coaching individuals. I am a practitioner, currently a COO at a Fortune 500 company, the giant in my industry.
My Wharton MBA is in Strategy, Operations, and Entrepreneurship. I am a Six Sigma Black Belt trained in performance and process improvement methodologies.
My Master Coach Certification includes life coaching on all aspects of work and life earned from an academy that is part of the Forbes Coaches Council and endorsed by the International Association of Professional Life Coaches.

💡My Own Career Journey

A few years ago, I realized my personal life wasn’t where I wanted it to be, in part due to the priority I placed on my work.
When I recommitted to what was most important to me, I found my career catapulted and so did my satisfaction at the office AND at home.

I broke through limits I myself was applying to my work and success.

I eliminated what was stealing my productivity.

Everything changed and my long-shelved dream for my career came to fruition. That success buoyed everything else in my life including how I showed up as a wife, mom, and human being.

Now I share the keys on how to level up in all aspects of our careers and lives with my clients.
